Everest was founded in 2007 with a focus on quality built custom homes. The founder and president of the company is Mark Lattis, CFA.  Mr. Lattis holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisville, a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky, and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.  Mark spent twelve years in the investment management business as a Partner, Portfolio Manager, and Analyst prior to forming Everest Building & Development, LLC.  He is a member of the Home Builder’s Association of Louisville and the National Home Builder’s Association.
